Our 2026 cohort reinforced our belief in the power of mentoring to provide tangible career development. From improved leadership judgement, influencing within firms, navigating career decisions, boards, and handling partnership dynamics, our cohort have come away more experienced, and set up for success.

Providing new perspectives, sponsorship and professional challenge, leadership guidance, and access to experienced senior investors, the goal is simple but bold: to equip the next generation of women leaders with the tools they need to take their place at the top of the investment industry.

Our 2027 Cohort

We are now launching applications for our second programme. We know there is exceptional talent among senior female investors in the life science VC world. We invite applications from:

• mentees: women already operating in senior investment decision-making roles (Principal or Partner-track level), seeking the sponsorship and perspectives that can support their next step up.
• mentors: leaders in investment (General Partner or Managing Partner level) or operational (SVP, EVP or C-Level) roles in the life sciences, who are interested in developing the next generation of excellent female leaders.
